How to Read Original(Untranslated) Japanese Manga Online for Free – ebookjapan

 

 

I used to read Japanese Manga for free on Yahoo! JAPAN website as I wrote about in the previous post: How to Read Original (Untranslated) Japanese Manga Online for Free

 

However, since Yahoo! JAPAN discontinued Yahoo! JAPAN ブックストア (Yahoo! JAPAN Bookstore) service and launched new service ebookjapan early this year, I needed to change my old custom a little bit to check Manga online.

I will explain new ways to check Japanese Original Manga for Free on ebookjapan through Yahoo! JAPAN.

 

 

First, go to Yahoo! JAPAN : https://www.yahoo.co.jp/

 

On the left side, near “主なサービス“(Services), click “一覧“(List) button.

 

The list of services tab will show up. Look for “ebookjapan“, and click it.

 

Then, you will be navigated to ebook japan website: https://ebookjapan.yahoo.co.jp

 

There are also a lot of free samples, which means you can read the first 10 to 50 pages of comics. But now, I will explain about the way you can read the entire comic for free.

Find the menu “無料まんが“(Free Comics) on the top side, and click it.

 

Now, all the comics you see here with the word “無料“(Free) are free to read, you don’t need to create an account nor log in.

 

 

If you click the link with the word “一覧“(List), it will lead you to the page with a list of free comics under a certain category.

For example, if you click “2,000冊以上！無料まんが一覧“(List of All Free Manga – More than 2,000 Comics)…

 

…you will be navigated to the page with all 2,000 Free Manga as below.

 

 

Now, all you need to do is to click the book icon to start reading.

 

And after, you simple keep clicking the left side of the screen to proceed reading. In case you don’t know yet, Japanese Manga are written from right to left. So you need to read from right to left.
